For a flat monthly fee I keep it all running, fix what breaks, and keep finding you time and money. Every month you get a short note in plain English: what ran, what I fixed, what I would do next.

I've spent more than twenty years fixing how businesses run, including years at Accenture and KPMG working with some of the biggest companies in the world.

I've also done the unglamorous work myself. I ran billing and collections for a business with a billion dollars of revenue and 340,000 customers. Your invoicing does not scare me.

The results are the part I'm proud of: cutting $1.3 million a year in costs at one company, helping a consulting firm grow from $2 million to $25 million, finding a $500,000 answer to a problem that had been quoted at $34 million.

A flat setup fee, then a flat monthly fee. I quote both after our first call, once I know what your week actually looks like. No hourly billing, ever. You can cancel any month.

Is my information safe?

Your information stays in your accounts. I work inside your systems, with your permission, and you can see everything I do. I spent years being trusted with the data of far bigger companies, and I bring the same care to yours.

What if something breaks?

I fix it. That is what the monthly fee is for. You also get a note each month telling you what ran and what I fixed, so nothing is ever a mystery.
